Hi5 PRO LADIES TOUR

TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
You can sign up for tournaments online under REGISTRATION.
Final confirmation is when all funds have been paid and received by the tournament office. Please keep a printed receipt for your records of all online transactions.

TOURNAMENTS
• The Hi5 Pro Tour ” Tournaments will have the following prize money breakdown and will be based upon official entry list after the official registration the day before the event.

NOTE:

WE ARECURRENTLY STILL COMPLETING FINAL SPONSORSHIPS MONEY FOR 2010- The follwing will be a minimum of what will be offered to the players

Prize Money Breakdown will be based on # of Players x 150 = Prize Money in Euro

Example   100 Players x 150 = €15.000

For fields less than 60 players the total purse will be determind by the number of players x 150. 1/3 of the field will be paid prize money.

TAXES
Players will be responsible for their own income tax in their respective countries. Prize Money will be transferred within 14 days of completion of event.

FIELD RESTRICTIONS
• The fields are maximized to 120 players
• 110 are reserved for professionals, and a minimum of 10 spots for amateurs
• Amateurs must have hcp. of 4 or better.
• 10 spots for pre tournament qualifying for players on waiting list

CUT
The cut after 36 holes will be the top 40 professionals  and ties.

CATEGORIES

Entries will be based on a first come first served basis.

ENTRY FEE
• The entry fee for the Hi5 Pro Tour is €215  and covers match fee, driving range, and practice round.
• Entries for each tournament close at 12.00 hrs. 14 days prior to the first tournament day.
• Entries can be made at www.hi5protour.com No exceptions.

REGISTRATION / CONFIRMATION
• Players Must register online at www.hi5protour.com
• Registration and confirmation can only be done on the internet.
• Players need to be aware that registration requires payment of entry fee. – major credit cards and or paypal are accepted.
• Registration is accepted on a first come first served basis until maximum field size is reached. 10 spots will be held back for Pre Tournament Qualifying in the event the tournament is overfull.

WITHDRAWAL OR NON APPEARANCE
Withdrawal from a tournament can ONLY be made by contacting the tour office.
The following penalty fees apply:
• After closing date for entries – €100
• Failure to register – 200€
• Failure to appear at the start  – 200€
• Withdrawal due to start in higher ranked tournament (European Ladies Tour) is always accepted.

CADDIE
• Players who start in a Hi5 Pro Tour tournament and miss the cut are permitted to act as caddie for other players in the same tournaments.
• Caddies must wear the Official Tour Caddie jacket if provided.
• no Golf shoes to be worn by caddies.

ONE BALL CONDITION
• The”one ball condition” applies to all tournaments. This means that the player has to play with the same mark, compression and cover during the whole round, not during the whole tournament.
• The starter will make a note of which ball the player is using.

PRIZE CEREMONY
• The 5 best players and the top amateur have to attend the prize giving ceremony.
• The 5 best players and the top amateur shall also be available for an eventual press conference. Non-compliance with this regulation will incur a fine of no less than €500.

PRO-AM
• The 50 highest ranked players, incl. players with ELT  will be picked for the pre tournament Pro-Am.
• The tour office holds the right to pick players amongst all entries, and alter the terms of participation.
• A player may, prior to the tournament, ask for exemption if the Pro-Am day conflicts with his appearance in an equal or higher ranked tournament (Ladies European tour).
• Exemptions will only be considered if the other tournament ends on the same day as the Hi5 Pro Tour Pro-Am. Exemption can only be granted by the tournament director.
• Other exemptions will only be considered/granted, if the player prior to the last day of entry, in writing sends his request to the w.hachey@hi5protour.com
• All players participating in the Pro-Am are required to attend the dinner and prize giving ceremony, which for the afternoon flight will be concluded by 21.00 hrs at the latest.
• All Pro Ams will have a break down of prize monies ( To be announced .)

RULES
The following rules apply:
• R & A Rules of Golf.
• Ladies European Tour Tournament Regulation and Local Rules
• Additional local- and tour rules

SKYCADDIE – GPS – LASER YARDAGE
• The use of GPS and laser devices are permitted during all rounds.
• NOTICE – Devices with slope and height measures are NOT permitted.

RESERVES
• When registration has closed by 18.00 hrs three days prior to a tournament, players on reserve should be reachable on their telephone between 18.00-23.00 hrs.
• If a player does not answer, the tour office holds the right to contact the next player on standby.

SCORECARDS
• Immediately after the round is completed, the score cards must be returned at the recording area. If a score card is not returned within 30 minutes after the completion of the round the player will be disqualified.

TEE TIMES
• Tee-Off times will normally be announced on www.hi5protour.com , at 16.00 hrs. the day prior to the tournament.

CONDUCT-MISCONDUCT
• Criticism of the course, sponsor, tour or tournament committee will be subject to a fine of minimum €100. Any complaints shall be addressed to the tournaments director only.
• Improper behaviour on the course will incur a fine of minimum €100.
• Rules officials, Tournament Director and fellow competitors have the right to report breach of conduct. The decision rests with the Tournament Director.

NON COMPETITIVE PLAY
• Any player returning scores of +10 or higher for three or more times within a period
of 3 events, may be refused entry to the next Hi5 Pro Tour tournament.
• WD, in the same tournament, after rounds of +10 or higher, will be counted as a round +10.

SLOW PLAY
BAD TIME WARNINGS REGISTER 2010
To include all players who were timed because they may be playing slowly
Players are now only allowed 40 seconds for a tee shot, except on Par 3’s
where they have 50 seconds for the first player only. Second shots stay as before.
Players appearing on this list 3 times will be fined €250. This will double with further instances.

REDUCTION OF ROUNDS

The Hi5 Pro Tour staff will make every effort to complete all rounds of the tournament as scheduled. Occasionally,circumstances such as  bad weather or lack of daylight do not allow the completion of rounds. All players must complete a minimum of 18 holes for the event to be considered official. If these goals are not met, an effort to reschedule the event will be considered, if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund less administrative costs will be issued to each player.
