Officials were constantly monitoring the situation and the first stoppage of play occurred at 12:55 today. Play resumed briefly but the weather further deteriorated and a complete suspension of round one’s play was announced at 15:00. Play will resume tomorrow morning for all players at 8:00 a.m.
